17 years of commercial leadership · 5 years hospitality founder · 3 years designing AI systems. International hospitality and travel projects across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
From architecture to production — I design and build AI-native systems that run in real hotels, with real guests and real consequences.
Founder, AI architect, and lifelong learner. I built two things on purpose: 17 years leading commercial and marketing teams, and, for five of those years, Gaia Origen — a boutique hotel in Colombia I built with my own hands, from the physical space and brand to the website, operations, go-to-market strategy, and selected automation systems.
Today I design and build AI-native systems for hospitality, agencies, and B2B consulting — combining an MBA-trained commercial lens with hands-on technical execution, verified at every layer.

Modular technology platform
Next11 horizontal architecture
Next11 OS is the modular platform that brings together the technology core of Next11. Its map connects digital presence and visibility, knowledge and AI agents, customer relationships, scheduling, automation, sales, bookings, demand, content, and vertical solutions. It is built through verifiable capabilities, not as a monolithic promise.
HostRest360
Productized platform
The productization of HELJA's architecture into a configurable base for independent boutique hotels and glampings — bringing the same guest communication, operations, and pricing capabilities to properties beyond the original case.
Tours & Experiences Platform
Commercial & operational system
A commercial and operational system for tour and experience operators — bringing catalog, pricing rules, bookings, availability and a sales assistant into one controlled platform.
Gaia Origen — a hospitality and sustainability venture I built from the ground up. Five years designing, building, and operating a boutique hotel and glamping ecolodge in Colombia: concept, physical space, brand, website, commercial strategy, guest experience, and selected automation systems — all built end to end.
Gaia Origen is now available for acquisition. It's a proven hospitality asset with an established concept, location, sustainability practice, and operational track record — a real opportunity for the right buyer to take an already-built business forward.
WonderTrip explores how to connect real traveler intent with independent hospitality and tour operators — researching what travelers actually need, turning that into content and distribution, and using what that reveals to help independent businesses capture and convert direct demand better.
A research direction and venture in development, built on the real cases above — not a launched product or a funded business.

I design the complete architecture before writing code — schemas, contracts between modules, integration patterns, security boundaries. Implementation is accelerated with AI-native tooling, with verification gating every layer.
Human-in-the-loop, always. AI proposes, the human architect approves. The work is designed and built with verification, guardrails, and traceability at every layer. Next11 Agency OS is the operational backbone of this practice — a personal R&D lab where I validate AI-native patterns before deploying them in client systems.
Quality commitment
No system ships without verification, guardrails, and an audit trail — human review gates every layer.
Personal tooling
Curated library of specialized agent skills — architecture, frontend, backend, AI/RAG, testing, deployment — synced across projects. Each skill encapsulates a pattern validated in real production.
Stack, in brief
Next.js / React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and pgvector for RAG, multi-agent orchestration with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI, Coolify / Vercel for deployment, Clerk for auth — and a curated library of AI-native development patterns reused across projects.
Research interests
I'm interested in how AI-native systems, hospitality operations, sustainability and travel demand intelligence intersect — questions I approach from real, built cases rather than theory. Open to conversations with academic and research communities working in these areas.

Building companies and complex architectures takes balance. After five years building Gaia Origen — a hotel designed for guests to reconnect with nature and themselves — I learned that deep work comes from sustained clarity, not constant urgency. That's part of why I work in focused, immersive stretches rather than a single fixed routine.
For me, travel is a form of field learning: experiencing cultures from within, understanding how hospitality and travel systems work, exploring different tour models, and living through different styles of travel. Journeys across Iceland, Europe, Eastern Europe, Albania, Asia, and India have expanded my multicultural perspective on hospitality, service, and how people discover a place. Through @ignachotravel, I write and film that editorial perspective while continuing to build on the move.
